早稲田大学理工学部の『ユビキタス社会におけるIT知財』という名の講義はSONYとMicrosoft社の寄付講座であり、毎回各社の面白い話が聞ける面白い授業である。今回はMicrosoft本社より知的財産担当バイスプレジデント兼副ゼネラルカウンセルのMarshall Phelps氏が特別に講演してくれました。
